We will charge 100% cancellation charge to all orders cancelled within one week of delivery or customer pick up.

Orders adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the delivery or customer pick-up date are subject to a $20.00 adjustment fee.

Refunds are not issued for rental items returned unused.

Customers can postpone events for up to 16 months from the original event date to avoid cancellation charges

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
